Quality and size
I have tried around 10 nirodhs and they were fine and no quality issue. It is of size 49, generally in market condom size comes with 52 size. First try the market one and check the size on packet. If it is 52 and you feel it is little loose for you then you can opt this condom. It will fit you. Length of condom is enough and no issue only the width / diameter you need to check. Lubrication might be less but you can use external lubricant Or coconot oil.

Too tight
I understand they are subsidised product for public health benefit but no point making the quality so poor that it cant serve the purpose. They are small and extremely tight on girth.

Received 21 packets (21x5=105pc) instead of 24 packets(120pc). As per the quality concern it's good but very little lubrication and feels a bit tight. But it's OK, I mean what you except from a ₹1 condom. If you have a tight budget with everyday needs then go for it.
