Defective Product!!
I purchased this iPod in February 2025. Just recently, when I was removing it from the charger, the glass was separated from the device. The device has never been dropped or mishandled, so I suspect the battery may have overheated, causing the issue. Unfortunately, the product is now outside the return window. I also purchased Asurion insurance, but the claim was denied because they said it should be covered by Apple. However, Apple won’t cover it either, as it’s a refurbished item that I purchased. I’m very disappointed and feel that others should be aware of this situation before buying from this seller.

Rebuilt but it works well
I'm still and Ipod guy. (BTW, have heard that Apple is phasing out Itunes in the next few years). My older Ipods have gone bad, and can't be fixed. I've taken a chance on refurbished ones before, but not often happy (the batteries won't take a charge, or they are not compatible with my library). This one seems to work just fine. Holds a good 4-6 hours of continuing play, stays charged for a week w/o use, and synchs well with my computer's Itunes library.

Great Value For Me, Hoping it Lasts As Well As The Last Nano
The iPod Nano arrived in perfect condition. The case and glass were without scratches. It appeared brand new. Charged up to the maximum capacity and all features appear to operate without any problem. Very pleased with the quality and condition even though this item was refurbished it looks factory fresh.

Battery or battery indicator problem.
It goes from full charge to nearly empty back and forth!

Defective iPod
Dear Sir Shortly after my son began using the iPod there was an intermittent problem with the earbud plugs giving a full sound. We changed earbuds and it seemed to work better but now has completely stopped functioning. I realize this is past the 30 day return policy but since it is defective can it be returned for a replacement ? Our son is special needs and he really likes the iPod so if it is possible my wife and i would greatly appreciate it. Martino

Arrived in perfect condition in a brand new box
Arrived in perfect condition in a brand new box... and with "how-to" info . I downloaded my music... bought a new Bluetooth speaker for it... and I"m all set ! Great product... so much smaller with more GB than my 4th generation ipod nano or my original ipod...
