I have been using the wraps for a month now on bench press and OHP and it has greatly improved my wrist control on both movements. I lift more confidently and have better palm stabilization. They easily fold up and fit in my pockets for when I do other work sets before and after the core lifts. The wraps are well made and have enough velcro to easily be tightened and loosened in between sets. As an aside, this type of equipment often goes 'missing' at commercial gyms so keep track of it and WRITE YOUR NAME IN BIG BOLD PERMANENT MARKER. Speaking of which, this is a good looking set of wrist wraps independent of their excellent build quality. At the price they are listed they are a definite useful addition when you are lifting heavy. As for the wrist straps, I have not used them yet as my grip has not failed me. The build quality is excellent though and I am sure they will hold up to years of abuse.

Was looking for a good, reliable pair of wraps and straps for my girlfriend in the gym. Have a pair of Schiek lifting wraps that she really likes but we don't always train together so I went shopping. Own some sleeves made by Nordic and have trusted their equipment for years. Decided to take the plunge and am happy to say that they work like a charm. Girlfriend reports back that they are extremely comfortable and provide her the wrist support and the grip support she needed in her lifting. Couple the great feedback on the actual use of the products with the value you get thinking of the price and backing Nordic provides and this becomes a no-brainer for anyone looking to grab an affordable set of straps and wraps. I'm a firm believer that you really can't go wrong with Nordic lifting items if you are on a budget but still want something that is quality. 5 Wrapped n' Strapped Stars out of 5!

I'll try to make this an unbiased review. Im a newish powerlifter, and I was turned onto this product via a YouTube video. The idea was that these were solid quality wristwraps and straps at a great price, and I agree with that. The wraps are thick and sturdy, the only thing I can say negative about them is that the thumb loops are a little small. This isn't really a big deal overall, and doesn't change how these wraps function, I just have bigger hands than most. The straps are, so far, solid as well. This is my first time using them to pull, and they help a lot with the higher weights that my fingers can't hold for multiple reps yet. If I had any gripe, the material, which I think is polyester, is pretty soft. I've seen what may be higher quality straps made out of a thicker, almost canvas material, and I wonder if those are maybe more durable long term. All that said, I think that both products are pretty damn good for the price, they both function as they are meant to, the company is apparently really invested in customer service, and their products come with a year warranty. I'm writing this review not because I absolutely love or hate these straps--those reviews don't paint an accurate picture of a product-- but for the money I'd recommend these, especially if you're at the same stage as me, graduating into intermediate range weights. For less than twenty dollars, you can't really go wrong. They offer a solid range of colors as well.

These wrist wraps and lifting straps are great so far. They seem well made and appear to made of quality materials. I have several friends at the gym that use these and see several others using them as well. The wrist wraps help provide support when I'm working with heavier dumbbells and the lifting straps help with securing your hold without killing your grip. Nothing but a great experience and very happy so far. Time will tell how durable they actually are and how well they hold up but none on the market last forever and for the prices I don't know that you can find a better value out there. It's also worth noting that the packaging is excellent and comes with a great set of color instructions for both the wraps and the straps. Everything about these products and the Nordic Lifting Company just scream quality. Lastly, I want to mention that the owner, Henrick, is truly committed to ensuring excellent customer service. I received an email from him notifying me that my order had shipped. I received another after I should have received my products with tips and a Q&A about the products. I received one last email requesting feedback. While these emails may have been sent through an automated system, they seem somewhat personalized and, regardless, they provide the customer with multiple touch points and opportunities to contact the company for any assistance or concerns - just a class operation. I would highly recommend these wraps and straps and will definitely purchase from Nordic Lighting again in the future without hesitation.

I purchased these wrist straps for lifting, and randomly picked out a brand being unfamiliar with most straps. I loved the look of these so I went with this brand. I desperately needed a pair because I had been tearing my hands up. When I used them, these straps easily helped me lift over forty extra pounds. It took the pressure off of my hands to help with my previously acquired blisters. I will, from now on, never deadlift without these straps! They work wonders. They are thick yet padded where need be, and fit my small hands perfectly. It's easy to wrap them around the bar and they really hold the weight well. Very good quality straps and wraps for an amazing price. As far as looks go, I received two or three compliments just on the first day! They are beautiful and stand out without being too neon or anything crazy. I love these wraps and foresee myself buying from this brand again. Highly recommend.

Unlike some reviews for this product, I DID NOT receive this item for free or a discount in exchange for a review. I bought this set, to replace the following: Bear Grip - High quality Premium weight lifting wrist support wraps, secure velcro design, One size fits all (Black, 18 IN) and RDX Weight Lifting Gym Straps Crossfit Wrist Support Wraps Hand Bar Bodybuilding Training Workout . Wrist Wraps: The wrist wraps are made to a high standard. The quality is very good. The material is the same you will find in any wrist wrap, but what makes these stand out, is the quality of the stitching. The stitching is very good quality. Unlike my previous wrist wraps, the hook-and-loop fabric (Velcro) is on the right way, with loops on the wrap, and the hooks on the end, so that even if you don't fully get the wrap around your wrist, the hook-and-loop fabric will not damage your clothing (like my previous pair did), however, the hook fabric will cause the exposed material next to the loop fabric of the wrap to fray, but will not cause serious damage. The hook-and-loop fabric always feels secure, and I do not feel it can easily come apart. A nice touch of these wraps, is that they have an 'L' on the left hand one, and an 'R' on the right hand one, so that you will not get confused between the two. On my set, the 'L' is sewn under the loop fabric, as depicted in the product picture, but the 'R' one was sewn ON the loop fabric, so I had to remove that to get the best grip, just a small niggle though. The elastic loop that goes around your thumb, is nice and thick and comfortable. Lifting Straps: Like the wrist wraps, the lifting straps are made to a high standard. The stitching on these straps is some the best stitching I have seen. The foam padding is about 4mm thick and made of good material, and feels like the material used in mousepads, but is soft if you were to squeeze the padding, so these provide excellent comfort. Also like the wrist wraps, these have a 'L' and a 'R' on the respective left and right hand ones. These wraps and straps came with instructions, so that if you are a novice to using these, you will not have a problem using them. Nordic Lifting will e-mail you a few times to ask to write reviews, but, I ignored these, because I wanted enough time to write a review, based on my own experience. Overall, if you are looking for wrist wraps, and lifting straps, then these are a fantastic purchase. Great quality, and comfortable.

The wrist wraps lasted only 9 months before the Velcro wore out completely. Used around twice a week in that period.

Les soutiens pour le poignet sont fiables. En revanche les sangles pour le sdt sont mal calibrées, le 'padding' empêche de bien la serrer sur le poignet. J'ai dû l'enlever afin de pouvoir resserrer la sangle.
