Can't set this up in the UK any more
This cannot be set up in the UK anymore. If this is still available to buy in the UK, don't.

Be careful that you know your internal door locking mechanism
I’m sure this lock is fantastic when fitted to a american dead bolted door, however hear in England it’s a bit more effort, the internal mechanism of the dead bolt has to conform to a none European design and it is recommended to work on a single lock only which most new high security doors have more than one bolt which secures the door

over 30 hours of having tried everything, you can't connect August to Alexa UK, even created a USA Alexa account to be able to connect August Smart Home and the lock. Not a chance.
