CHEESE BLLVTNO MERLOT EW

Delicious flavor!! And texture.

It’s cheese, it tastes yummy! Don’t need a really long review here, just want to tell you this stuff is really delicious. Just a very nice bold, slightly heavy flavor with a definite tang. Buy some, eat it, and enjoy.

Very sharp almost tastes like a pecorino , with some berry notes. It pairs well with any charcuterie, at least in my opinion. I pair it with a nice Pinot noir champagne or even just cranberry cocktail juice. This is a very tasty treat indeed! 😋

This cheese was amazing. son accidentally used it for lobster Mac n cheese cake out with sweet subtle scent and great taste. I ate the rest up, rind and all. Had little crunch but medium texture.

Such delicious cheese! Worth the price. It's a little expensive, but extremely delicious and goes a long way.

This cheese is amazing, wonderful with a great merlot, crackers and dark chocolate! I was in heaven while it lasted!

I purchased this cheese to try out because the name intrigued me. My first piece I ate made me grossed out that I put the cheese away. A few minutes later I found myself going to get more. I ended up eating half the bar by accident. It's so delicious. It has a sharp cheddar taste with the sweet merlot flavor. I don't know who came up with this idea but kudos to them. I have no idea what to eat this with or sprinkle on. I would but this again to treat myself but not as a regular grocery item.

While the cheese quality is very good and also tastes good, it is a very strong flavor for cheese & crackers. I am saving the rest to put on top of a beef steak. I think that will do it justice.
