TB3Q 3-Gallon Iced Tea Brewer

Great machine and they last a good while

We have only had the maker a little over a year and it stopped working totally Never made proper strength of tea.. we had to use too much tea to make it strong enough. Very upset for the cost of this that it stopped after one year use

Here's the deal. 1st I bought one, had it installed, then they left. Went through the setup procedures myself & during that time, the machine started to leak from the back. Since I was 1 day away from opening our new restaurant, I had replacement ordered. The guy who installed was not able to do another call for me that quick. The 2nd one showed up on day of opening. I got it installed on Saturday (1 day after it arrived). This one ended up leaking as well. The tech began to look at everything on both machines and noticed the valve where the hot water goes was not even screwed tightly. Instead it was just barely on both machines. He said it should have been more secure than that, but not all the way tight. With the installs & weekend tech cost, I paid over $300. NOT HAPPY camper. So I am returning the newly shipped replacement & keeping the original since obviously the PRIDEFUL (initials on the sticker in the machine) workers did a POOR JOB. ALL I HAVE TO SAY TO BUNN - BE BETTER THAN THIS!!!! IF you stand behind your product so much you have to put a PRIDE STICKER in the machine, make dang sure its 100%! I will say this, the only reason not for a lower rating, is because so far the machine does work now & it is easy setup.

Excellent product and is a labor-saving device for our church kitchen. Once setup it is as simple as throwing a 3-gallon tea bag in the filter basket, pressing the power button and then the satrt button. Very fast and simple! **HOWEVER; just a note to the company - the threaded nut to the internal water tank was not tightened at the factory and water flooded out the bottom of the unit. I KNOW the label said there was nothing serviceable by the consumer behind the back cover, but removing six screws and tightening one brass nut allowed me to use the unit for our meal that night rather than packing it back up. (Of course I unplugged it first) Don't think you'll have this problem and I would recommend this unit highly!

I tried several times to contact the seller. My iced tea machine came defective, it didn't work and just smoked. I asked to return the item (in November 2022) but never received my refund or another item in good condition to use back. It was $700 dollars spent and until today no response or my money back.

Tea brews very light compared to my last brewer.

We found the tea maker hard to begin to use. Now that we are using it, it is doing fine. We had to call the company to get someone to talk us through installation.

I brought this ice tea make, they many times, but the hot water from the top is not enough to make the ice tea, so the ice tea taste is so light,
