Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 for Euro Profile Cylinder, smart door lock with door sensor, keyless access via iPhone & Android, Bluetooth 5 - smart home solution, no drilling or screwing

I have an euro cylinder with knob on the inside of the door so I had to order the free adapter from their website (which they shipped with UPS). The setup was a bit of a pain due to my door type but their support on forum / over email is really good. Once set it up, it is just brilliant. I walk to my door and the door unlocks. Yes, it is a bit noisy but you don’t use it often so it’s fine. There’s a lot of options in the app, it might take a bit of time to find the settings you prefer. I’ve opted for “reduced rotation” to make the motor spin less; locking / unlocking is faster and so you hear it less. Lock and go is also brilliant. Push the button and leave. The door locks as soon as you close it behind you. The door sensor makes a lot of a difference so spend some time calibrating it properly as it helps a lot with the daily usage. For example: I’ve set the unlatch duration to 30 seconds; what it means is: the lock will keep pulling the latch (like if you’re pushing the handle). It waits 30 seconds before releasing it so you have time to open your door. That’s if you don’t have the door sensor. With the door sensor it gets released as soon as you open the door, which is better! Same goes for lock and go. You set how long to wait before it locks the door (I’ve gone for 1 minute, so I have time to leave the house); but if you add the door sensor, it will lock as soon as you pull the door behind you. This way I leave the house knowing it is locked. Night mode is also very cool. HomeKit works like a charm; I have an Apple TV so I did not buy the Nuki bridge. It works. Even when away from home. But you have to be home to change the lock settings, which I’m fine with. Make sure you check if your door is compatible before buying.

This is a very accomplished smart lock that has all the features for the modern smart home. To set this up is straightforward and should take you no more than five minutes, just make sure that you use to right backing plate. You may find that initially when the device calibrates to your key it may not turn the lock. Simply recalibrate and it should work.Failing that make sure that you have updated to the latest firmware because that's increases the power of the turning mechanism. The integration with other smart home devices has been great; I can now use this in my Google home routines. At the time of writing if you use Google home to try and unlock there appears to be an incomplete integration with the service which means that although it has two factor authentication it doesn't work. This can easily be solved by using IFTTT - However I would exercise some caution and wait for the two factor method from google to be developed. If we turned to look at the competitors such as the Yale smart locks, although they are perhaps more visually appealing, the app support is truly terrible and you also need to buy additional modules to integrate with your smart home devices. In comparison, Nuki's app support and features are nothing short of excellent and will improve the time I'm sure. Overall I recommend this to anyone who wants a simple plug and play method of making their existing lock a smart lock. I would check out Nuki's website to make sure that their door will be compatible and if it is then this product is a no-brainer

During clarification after the installation. The lock brock my key and generated great inconvenience to free my self from my apartment. Tommorow have to go to the smith to pull out the key or buy a new barrel.

The Nuki lock isn’t the most attractive lock - in fact it’s not a lock at all, it’s a lock turner, which is exactly what I needed. I’ve tried a number of smart locks, and all were poor quality, one burned out. After several months with Nuki, I know it’s a strong lock, capable of turning a multi point lock perfectly and better still it uses standard batteries. Batteries do deplete quite quickly, maybe 6 weeks per set in my not very busy household, so this is something to consider. Luckily they’re simply AA so cheap to replace, but wasteful. Nuki do have a rechargeable pack. It’s Bluetooth and works perfectly with HomeKit which is helpful. Response is a little slow with HomeKit, which is a tad unhelpful in dreadful weather. Great Apple Watch app, which is very responsive and I use all the time. It is reliable, working flawlessly in the last 12 months. Very highly recommended.

I e had this on my door for a few weeks now and it’s worked flawlessly with my HomeKit setup. This was easy to install and set up. The auto unlock features works perfectly for my home and the door sensor means the door is locked as soon as it’s closed. It’s working well for me and would recommend it as HomeKit compatible lock.

We have this in our front door. It’s very quick and the alerts are helpful. It took some time to set up but now is rock solid and it hasn’t let us down. I was able to configure it to turn the key exactly how I wanted in the settings.

Wir haben jetzt wirklich sehr lange überlegt ob wir uns das Nuki Smartlock kaufen sollten. Bisher haben wir eines von einem anderen Hersteller gehabt, mit dem wir aber überhaupt nicht zufrieden waren. Nachdem wir schon seit einigen Monaten sehr zufriedene Nutzer des Nuki Openers sind, haben wir uns jetzt eben noch das Smartlock geholt - und bereuen es überhaupt nicht. Wir mussten uns noch einen neuen Schließzylinder holen, da unsere vorhandene Schließanlage leider keine Not- und Gefahrenfunktion hat. Dazu haben wir uns bei einem Schlüsseldienst vor Ort beraten lassen und es auch gleich dort gekauft. Die Installation des Nuki war unglaublich einfach, die App hilft einem ebenfalls Schritt für Schritt. Auch die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen, alle Punkte werden Nach und Nach durchgegangen. Das Beste ist aber die Zuverlässigkeit - das Schloss reagiert (im Gegensatz zu dem alten das wir vorher hatten) immer sehr schnell und vor allem zuverlässig. Vor allem aber Auto Unlock ist richtig cool. Das Schloss erkennt wirklich zuverlässig wenn man sich nähert und öffnet die Türe - Perfekt! Alles in Allem finden wir das System von Nuki wirklich super, tolle ausgereifte Hard- und Software zu einem fairen Preis. Auch dass es immer wieder neues optionales Zubehör gibt und die Entwicklung nicht stehen bleibt gefällt uns gut. Genauso die Einbindung in Apple HomeKit. Wir bereuen unseren Kauf überhaupt nicht und würden es sofort wieder tun.

Very satisfied with the product, setting, installation, App but when it goes to battery then it is a disaster. After 5 days, battery critical message appears, this is my second locker and same problem.

La serrure connecter la plus complète. Compatible avec tous, ifttt, Alexa, Google etc installation sur n'importe quelle canon européen. Par contre il est préférable d'avoir une serrure débrayable au cas où les piles serait HS, comme ça vos clef fonctionne toujours. J'arrive chez moi ça s'ouvre je pars ça se ferme super !!!

Excelente cerradura. Funciona tal y como se describe en el producto. Software muy pulido y con soporte constante. Compatible con Alexa, Google Home y Homekit. Para poder utilizar el modo automático de apertura (que detecte cuando llegas a casa y se abra la cerradura sin realizar ninguna accion) se necesita un Bridge o algún móvil o tablet con Android para que realice la función de puente). Totalmente recomendable. Importante disponer de un cilindro (bombin) europeo con doble embrague (que permita la apertura de la cerradura con las llaves puestas a ambos lados de la puerta).

Como cerrajero compre este producto para investigar un poco y ver qué tal resulta y la verdad que me dejo muy buen sabor de boca sin duda una de las mejores opciones del mercado .
