I have the big brother to this as well that goes on my upper arm. The only difference between 2 is the strap, one is for the upper arm and now this one, it's for the forearm. I bought this version because at the time I had pictures of a work-out that I was using and I needed to be able to see with ease, this made it easy to see. The rotation of this product is neither here nor there with me since I keep it in the horizontal position at all times. I have small forearms and it will fit decently on it, but I have to put it as tight as it will go to keep it in place otherwise it will start slipping down my arm which is a pain. If you have large forearms I would tell you to pass on this, I don 't think the strap is long enough for a large forearm. I have a Samsung S8 and the rubber straps that hold the phone in place are Ok, I guess. The way they hold the phone in place can be a tad annoying. It goes across the top and the bottom of the phone which makes it difficult to use the swipe down feature of your notifications bar, it can block that just enough that I have to pull it up a little way to get it to work. The bottom rubber attachment is the same way, it covers my back arrow and the middle button where you can turn the screen on and off. I rarely use the button on the bottom left so that's not an issue. I do like having my phone on my forearm as opposed to my upper arm, so much easier to access my music whereas the upper arm style made that very difficult. My only thing is this, I am stretching the upper and lower rubber holders so very far to hold the phone in place and I am afraid it is going to snap and break because I am stretching it as far as it will go. For that concern that is why I have given 4 and not 5 stars. If asked, I would recommend this so long as you have relatively small forearms. If it's too large it will just not fit.

Overall this is a good product if you don't have a huge phone do to me it is not universal to every phone.i have a six inch phone with a bulky case to it and this would not work with my phone well

My husband used this for the New York City Marathon last weekend. It was perfect he was able to capture moments from the race and it held his phone perfectly.

I use it mostly when I ride my bicycle. Great product!
