Work well. Able to cut to fit shoe if needed. These don’t use suction Do not squash/flatten due to daily wear and tear. For myself, comfortable depending on shoe, compared to Adust-A-Fit, these are comfy and don’t squish down. However not as comfy as with certain with Adjust-A-Fith

I bought these shoe lifts because my Podiatrist told me I needed them. Boy was he right! Something happened last summer that made my knees and ankles hurt a lot. What, I have no idea? Walking and bending, kneeling were all difficult. My knee was always swollen and hurting. My Podiatrist looked at my orthotics and said I needed a small amount of shoe lift because the heels were slightly off the orthotics when I walked, causing me to walk on the balls of my feet and making my ankles kick outwards. I put these under the insoles of my shoes and my knee feels better with little to no swelling at the end of the day. My ankles also do not hurt either. I recommend these insoles only if your Chiropractor or Podiatrist has recommended them for you. I say this because they will advise you as to how much of a lift you will need. I had bunion surgery to the big toes and one of those is fused and will not bend. I will need to wear these in my shoes from now on. I also wear these in my barefoot shoes and with shoes I put over the counter arch support insoles into, and in shoes that have my custom supports in.

Great item! They are relatively hard with a small squish which is what I wanted since it means they won’t wear down fast in comparison to the past ones I’ve had. I put it underneath the insole for my leg length discrepancy and works perfectly for me!

My main purpose for purchasing these quarter inch lifts was to wear them in my athletic shoes. I put one under the insole and it works perfectly. It states that they can also be used in sandals so I tried that. It would not adhere to the shoe at all, but it did stick to my heel. Not an ideal situation. It would make more sense if they were sticky only on one side, however, they’re sticky on both sides. But they’re great under an insole. I’m not sure what these are made of, but I can’t see that they would ever wear out. I consider them a good value for what I paid.

These heel lifts are firm and do not give when you walk. If you have spine problems it feel like you are walking on a trampoline if the heel lifts give when you walk so the firm ones do much better for weak spines.

These are very hard, have decent adhesion but are best used under the shoes insole.

Works well

These lifts are very sturdy and comfortable. I only needed in one shoe due to leg/hip discrepancy. I can certainly feel the difference and walking normally. I would definitely purchase again and recommend this particular material for durability
