Windy City Novelties - Red Felt Top Hat

Great hat. I used it as part of a costume for a very vigorous dance performance. Once I found a good position for it, it never fell off my head. It looked high quality and I got lots of compliments.

It is kinda big, so buy if you have a large head

Hat is great for including in a costume design, and the red shows off attachments and embellishments really well. It is light weight and comfortable, and has really stood out at the parties I have worn it to. It won't stand any crushing or much rough handling, but for parties or photo sets, it works really well.

Looking for a holiday chapeaux. This fits the bill nicely!

The hat is nice quality, however it is not sized for an adult size head. Bought this for my daughter’s costume and we had to go with a different choice… tooo small. I think it should have been between $8 and $10.

My grand-kids loved the hat, but it is a little big!

This hat is exactly as it looks. Ut will look perfect with my Steam Boat outfut.

Way too big for my head and has a paper brim. I added a feather boa from the dollar store to disguise the poor quality and hot glued foam to the inside so that it wouldn't come down over my eyes. Overall, not worth more than 2 dollars.
