I bought this as an immune system booster and I was pleased with the results. I have known about the benefits of poke root for some time and this did not disappoint. I felt an immediate difference in my body after just using this for two days. For the best results you want to take this in the morning on an empty stomach and not eat anything for at least 2 hours to allow your body to fully utilize this. The only down side is that you don't get alot in this bottle and you run out of it pretty fast.

The bottle i received is only 2 oz when it shoule be 4oz as it specifies on amazon. Good poke root tincture should only take 2-5 drops not 1ml worths. The product seems weak to me and I got ripped off because I didn't get 4 oz like it says on Amazon.

Poke helped me get rid of swelling well and quite quickly. I liked the result and I will use it when I need to cleanse the lymph.

I have a goiter that has shrank since using this product. I did mix it with castor oil.

I took this 3 times and noticed a pain in my back under my ribs and nausea each time. Maybe my kidney. I got nervous and discontinued.
