Great tool
I like this is stainless, not aluminum. I also like the handle, which is easy to grip with arthritis. The one I had been using, I got from my grandmother and the blades were wire. This is much stronger and I can retire Grandma's old one.

Has a place for the thumb!
I'm a senior and thought I needed a thumb rest. But I didn't. It works pretty well for my arthritic hand!

Excellent pastry dough blender
Item arrived on time, and it was exactly what I ordered. It will be used to make pie crusts.

It is the last one you will ever need
This is the finest dough blender I have ever seen. There are 5 cutting blades 5/8 of an inch apart and solid to the frame not welded or screwed on. The handle is a soft grip but also has finger grip in it and best of all has a thumb rest at the end to make it easy to eork the blender. I cant say enough about this unit, some one has finaly made some thing that will last like our Grandfathers did Years ago. You wont go wrong getting this one.
