Well Built, Affordable Introduction to The World of VR
I rated the BNext VR Headset 5 stars for what it is, an entry-level, affordable gateway to the world of VR. If you’re expecting these well built $39 dollar VR goggles to provide you with the same experience as top-flight ones costing over $800, $600, $350, or even $150 then any disappointment in the experience is from misplaced expectations and not the fault of the product. Just make sure your phone is equipped with an accelerometer and compatible with VR. With the right phone, The BNext VR Headset will give you access to the many 360 degree videos available on YouTube as well as the many new VR games available in the iTunes store and Google Play. I sat in delight as I floated to the edge of space attached to a weather balloon. Sitting in a swivel chair I could turn 360 degrees, look up and down and feel the experience. There are also some great roller-coaster VR games that work well with the headset that will also give you the sensation of movement. When using well-designed software the experience can be first-rate. Unfortunately, there are a lot of buggy VR games out there that can lend themselves to frustration because with no control buttons on the headset, the phone needs to be removed and reset every time the software messes up. Set-up is very easy and it is recommended that the enclosed directions be followed. The set comes with self-stick rubber pads that will create clearance for buttons on the side of the phone and prevent unwanted presses. I found the headset to be comfortable for an hour or so of play and the straps were comfortable and supportive. I would recommend purchasing a VR controller, some are available for as little as $11-$15 dollars to really enhance your VR experience. The BNext VR headset is a good way to start exploring the world of VR and is sturdy enough to provide entertainment for years to come.

Great Headset, but can be uncomfortable.
This headset is very good for the price at everything it does and I like it for that reason. However it is very uncomfortable for me to wear for extended periods. 15 minutes in of playing a VR game and I could really feel the weight of my phone and the headset bearing down on my nose and it really hurt. I tried putting one of the pads that come with the headset (for keeping the phone elevated when inside the headset so it doesn't hit volume/power buttons) and it frankly made the problem worse. Adjusting the straps did not help much either for me. It's a bit of a bummer that it's uncomfortable for me to wear but other than that it is good. Due to the comfort problem I believe I will be returning this as it's a huge deal breaker for me, but currently I am trying to see if I can find a workaround for the comfort issue for the time being.

Doesn't work as advertised, physically painful to wear
The instructions require you to install Google Cardboard and set the Bnext as your headset type--that part works out just fine. And that's where it stops working. There is no way to interact with anything. The instructions say that you simply stare at something to activate it, and that is not the case. You can stare at a button as long as you want, and nothing happens. It was impossible to even complete the Google Cardboard tutorial! On top of that, the nose indentation is way too shallow. The hard plastic corner was digging into the bridge of my nose, and it physically hurt to have it on. Raising it off my nose or sticking a wad of cotton there didn't help because then the lenses were pushed up too high to see. I figured if I could find even one VR app that I enjoyed using I could justify keeping it, but after 2 weeks of off and on poking around the Play store I gave up. I was hoping this would be like the old Samsung Gear VR headset, but it performed even worse than the goggles that are literally cut out of cardboard. At least those had a trigger button and don't hurt to use.In all the years I've had Prime, this is the first time I've ever returned an item, and the first time I've ever rated anything one star. Let the magnitude of that sink in.

Great product
This is a very good VR product for the price. Granted, this will not give you the same high tech quality as those more popular VR products, and also it's not as sturdily made, considering those can go over hundreds or thousands of dollars, but if you want something that's affordable and does a passable job, this may be the product for you.Pros: Reasonable Price, straps can be adjusted for a comfortable wear, goggles are adjustable (I wear glasses and while they were a slight annoyance at first, I just slid the goggles forward and they were no longer bothersome)Cons: I don't know if every person who purchased this product had this problem, but you have to take the case of your iphone every time to make it fit inside the cradle, which can be an annoyance, luckily I have an LG K31 and it fits just fine even with the case on. It also does not come with a remote control, you will have to buy one separately, and finally, those tiny foam pads that you can stick to your iphone to prevent any accidental button pressing were more of an annoyance to me than anything, and I had a feeling they wouldn't last long anyway, so I threw them away, I just have to be careful when putting my phone in.Anyway, thank you very much for this product.
