I almost never go without having these around. Why are organic mashed potato flakes hard to find?
Feedback to Brand: @Edward & Sons, PLEASE consider selling bulk quantities of this???Availability: GreatIt is oddly difficult to find organic mashed potato flakes. Even full size potatoes can be tough to find in an organic form. At the time of this writing, Edward & Sons are the most consistent brand to have organic mashed potato flakes in stock. You can almost always bet on these to be in stock and of high quality.Flavor: ExcellentOne of the best mashed potato flake brands I've ever tasted. Never tasted off, funny, bitter, etc.Value for Money: PoorThese boxes are TINY (one box is 1-2 meals for me at most), there's not a lot of competition for "Organic" mashed potato flakes, and Organic is always less cost-effective. I choose organic for my potatoes because otherwise they readily soak up carcinogenic pesticides such as Glyphosate -- if you're unconcerned about that, skip buying this entirely and save money by going for other brands that sell in bulk.Versatility: ExcellentMashed potato flakes are useful not just in and of themselves, but also as a thickening agent for a wide variety of other recipes.

Delicious
I loved the taste and texture period. Very delicious flavor, worth it. I like this as it is organic as well. Do worth every penny.

Quick & Easy doesn't have to be Unhealthy or Tasteless!
I like to make my own garlic mashed from scratch organic ingredients including real butter and heavy cream; but low ebb health times made me want to try a dried product. Didn't expect to like it, but planned to use it in a pinch, or maybe for thickening.LOVE this! I especially enjoy the roasted garlic. You have to like the flavor of garlic, and mix it according to instructions, though [meaning mostly to not over stir, which IMO can cause gummy or poor texture]. I like a thick texture, and when I make my own mashed from scratch, I leave the skins on and always want a few potato lumps showing. Creaminess I get from using enough butter and cream.I appreciated other reviews including ingredients lists and giving suggestions on tweaking the box directions, all of which helped me in deciding to purchase and making the best of my first mixed batch! If you're concerned about butter, cream, or palm oil, read Dr. Bruce Fife's The Coconut Oil Miracle. Or read books by Dr's Mary Enig and Sally Fallon, or many others like them.I've made a quick, satisfying meal from these mashed potatoes, using Amy's Organic Cream of Mushroom Soup as a gravy with Valley Fresh Premium White Chicken Cuts added.YUM!How refreshing to know that all the above are organic, which is supposed to mean NO GMOs, NO toxic additives, and NO soy.[Note that some organic purveyors use what they call organic soy, but I need to avoid any type of soy when possible, due to unavoidable overdoses, which BTW and IMO, are why my health is low ebb, i.e., I'm sick of and from overdoses of soy, additives, and GMO's, see my Listmania].Thank you Amazon organic vendors!Linda Shelnutt

Easy to make
Very good - substitute chicken stock/broth and use a bit more butter - taste like homemade.

2nd review
My previous product review was incorrect because I misread the instructions and added too much water. Sorry.
