Great safety cap
This cap is awesome! I bought this for my husband. After a few months he asked for a second one so he could have one handy in the garage and one in the basement. Seems like he was always bumping his sweet bald head on something, leaving cuts and scars. This cap is light and comfortable, making it easy for him to routinely wear. He loves these caps! Also great that the covering is easily removed for washing.

Product works as described
Purchased as protection against falls on icy walks. I wear it under a wool pilots hat that closes under my chin to keep it in place. If purchased as protection against falls, and to be worn alone, it should be a model with a chin strap which this model does not have.

Medically needed, better option than short bus at
My personal opinion I am using it cuz I am lacking a skull in my head surgically removed it's been 16 months pandemics and the way this country is right now who knows when I'll get my surgery but this is way better than the short bus helmet the hospital sent me home with. Visually you look like someone just wearing a baseball cap. Keeps people from asking too many personal questions. I need it medically but I could also see this being used for clumsy people which I guess I'm also that. Saves from a lot of bumped heads if you're in a work environment. Or if you got a not so cordinated kid

Light weight an cool
Got this hat due to I like ball caps, work construction an can't wear ball caps has to be a hard had but hard hats are always hot, uncomfortable, an a pain falling off of you lean over so far or feels like it's going to fall off. Got this ball cap hard helmet an it's light weight about 1/2 the weight as a hard hat an so so much cooler an comfortable! Had it about 2 weeks an it has never been to the point to where it feels it will start to fall off! An it's is SO SO much more COMFORTABLE!! An the weight of it don't even really notice I am even wearing it!! Would RECOMMEND to anyone that would want to try it or want one!! Comes in different colors but I got the light grey, I'll never go back to a hard hat unless the job site absolutely says I have to if not it will be this one for now on an plan on getting another 1 for a back up!!

Quality control issues but great for under the house or in the roof crawl spaces
All parts of the hat are functional but the sewing and proportions are off, the brim was not attached right either. I only planned on wearing it in the roof crawl space for a single job so not a big deal if it isn't cosmetically perfect. It's a bit light weight, the lightest weight bump cap I own actually. Bump caps aren't ANSI hats so I chose this one for the job and comfort, fine for a homeowner, I would not be allowed to wear this at the power plants I work at though. Nylon cloth shell over margarine tub plastic- there is no ARC rating or impact standard in play here. One thing- the design concept pulls my rating up on this hat, the sewing was that bad. Anyway, the micro brim is great for tight spaces. Bump caps with bigger brims (baseball cap styles) often get in the way of over head work, that isn't an issue with this hat. The micro brim is big enough though that it keeps dust from falling into the top of your safety glasses while providing some light bump and penetration protection.

Bump Cap Safety all the time
This is the very first and very most important bump cap that has ever been on the planet and I'm glad to be able to say that I'm the one that gets to see exactly how it really works for somebody and I get to see exactly how it feels to be able to get it to the family and friends and my best friends really really do love to wear it also and so does my family also loves to be able to wear it out and I think they will never take any chances of being a little more than anything else and I'm pretty sure that they are doing the best thing for them and I would be willing to give it a lot more time and effort and I'm not gonna do anything to mess this up for any reason at all and I'm absolutely in love with this product and I'm happy to say that I'm able to get to use it and I'm glad I'm able to get to see the product in action and in person...
