Yeo Valley Kefir Natural,
I preferred the kerned yogurt that is no longer available as it was beautifully thick and creamy.. This Kefir is too acidic.

A healthy kefir option as no added sugar. A little sour in taste but can be remedied by adding a little honey or sliced bananas.
