Compression Yoga Pants with Inner Pockets in High Waist Athletic Pants Tummy Control Stretch Workout Yoga Legging

Fit great I’m 5’7 , 197 and the Large fit great with no riding down or scooting around . They feel amazing and supportive . No pockets , thickness is no see through , they look great , not too warm they seem to breathe and the seam quality is sturdy

I’m 5’7”, 175lbs and typically a size 12-14 in jeans. I’m quite curvy with most of the weight in my butt and thighs. I bought the XL and they fit perfectly — hug my hip area well and tight around my petit upper (usually size small in tops). High rise leggings really help to keep a tight fit around my stomach area, especially when I bend down or squat. I don’t have to constantly be pulling up my pants with high rise. I can also wear crop tops more comfortably with the high rise. These are soft and tight, but I wouldn’t label them as compression leggings. They’re close — but not quite there. I think these are a great compromise for running errands, walking, chores around the house or just dressing down to be casual. I especially like these because the seam is on the inside of the leg. No visible seams on the outside of the leg. Therefore, you can somewhat dress these up with a nice top, or just wear them to the gym. I do plan on buying more and I do highly recommend these. ***UPDATE*** I’m coming back with an update. I’ve purchase ~15 pairs of the L size. I love, love, love these pants!

I bought these in the Charcoal Grey and the Ink Blue in a Medium. I'm 5'7" and 165lbs. The medium in the Ink Blue was spot on for providing a small amount of compression, staying put, and not being too tight at the waist. The Charcoal Grey ones fit like they were at least a 1/2 size, if not a full size bigger, so they're getting returned. They were loose feeling and constantly fell down. In short, the sizing wasn't quite in line with the size chart for me, and the sizing is inconsistent between colors. If you can get the sizing right, though, they're very nice leggings in terms of quality, feel, and color.

These are the only leggings that don't roll down on me! I've tried lots of different leggings from inexpensive ones on Amazon and Old Navy, to mid priced ones from Skechers and Under Armor, to more expensive ones from Athleta and LuLu, etc. They all rolled down. I have a short waist so no matter what, other leggings would roll down. It was so annoying. I do intense workouts and was constantly having to pull up the waist. These have an elastic band inside the top of the waistband. Hallelujah! Finally, leggings that stay up through squats and lunges, and getting on the floor for planks and bear crawls. The material is a bit thick and heavy, but not too bad. It's not super shiny (solid colors), which I like. Fit is true to size. They are stretchy but offer some compression. I'd say medium compression. The band at the top is a bit snug, but that's what keeps them up. I'm a 12 in bottoms with thick thighs and the large fits well.

I only wear Fabletics powerhold leggings and have been buying them for about 5 years. I was looking for a pair comparable to those for my strength/hiit/cardio workouts. I ordered medium in these (I’m 5’9 170lbs). These are flattering on the legs and the sizing was perfect. However, they are not a high compression material and they feel much thinner than my fabletics pair. The waistband also feels looser than it is in the legs, which is usually where there is more support. Not very flattering in the waist area if you have some mom skin. 😂 Not sure about the other colors, but the navy are definitely NOT squat proof. I ended up returning them because I can’t use them for what I intended, but they might be ok for casual wear.

I bought these pants in 2023 and I just reordered another pair Sept 2025. They are no longer the same pants. The originals were simple soft cotton leggings but the ones that I just received are more like workout pant material. Both comfortable but the newer ones are better quality. So while it wasn't what I was expecting, I'm very happy with the purchase.

This was a great fit, will need to buy another (I use it all the time) I use it too much.

UPDATED Review..... I placed an order for the solid black (no outside pocket) and zebra stripe. Still loving my previous cheetah print purchase and happy with the zebra stripe, not the solid black pair though. It has the features like the other two, but I was not a fan of the fabric. It did not have the softness buttery feel so I decided to return them. My rating still stands and I can't speak enough about the cheetah print...LOVE LOVE LOVE. I Googled "Lululemon Wunder dupes" and an article from Good Housekeeping came up in the search. This article contained 5 dupes and a link to each...one being these Dragon Fit Compression leggings. Once I saw the black leopard print I decided those were the ones I had to try. These had all the features I was searching for. Wonderful compression, high rise with elastic band at the top, hidden pockets inside, no outside pocket (although they do sell ones that have them if that is what you want), super nice quality. Very accurate as a dupe. They wear fabulous with no sheerness. I did both weights and a intense cardio class and didn't have to pull them up at all!! That says a lot because none of my other leggings including my Lululemon leggings does that. The leopard spots has a shine to it so it really stands out...which I LOVE. I had several in my cardio class comment about them and ask where they came from. I'm definitely ordering more. So happy and highly recommend.

Love these leggings. Thick materal so no see rhrough. Stretchy, comfortable they are high wasted and fitted with structure in the waste. I love them. I bought a pair of chocolate and a pair of black. Buy them you will be happy.

I bought yoga pants xs they are far too large /the quality was not as expected. Mahzuz Stores has been reluctant to pick up and refund. I am exasperated.after many requests over 6 weeks They say they will pick it up but don't and cancel my refund request on Amazon. requesting photos to be sent via a chat box that doesn't accept photo files . I do not recommend

This is my second pair of these leggings, because I love them so much. They are a thicker material than other leggings which is great for Canadian winters. They don't shrink after washing, or get baggy after wearing them. Excellent quality 👌

It’s getting harder and harder to find good, basic leggings without the overly contoured “scrunch” style that so many brands are doing now. I find a lot of them too revealing, so I was really happy to find these. They’re thick, not see-through, and fit really well at the waist, snug enough to stay in place without riding up or down. Simple, flattering, and exactly what I was looking for.
