The best for good flavor and filtering
These are the only filter I use in my Chemex brewer, and I prefer them to bleached alternatives. When brewing coffee using these filters, I get great taste and a high-degree of filtering, no particulates or silty material is able to pass through the filter. Water flow is slow, as you would expect, especially when using finer grind settings. I have purchased these multiple times and will continue purchasing them as long as I am using my Chemex, highly recommend!

Very nice filters.
Love these filters - they make great coffee. After breaking my fourth glass Chemex coffee pot...I moved to a non-Chemex plastic filter holder. These work great! Still get the tasty Chemex coffee without breaking glass!

The Best for Pour Over
We tried several different brands and types of filters for our pour over Chemex coffee carafe (the kind available at the local grocery store), and we kept finding that other filters would break as you poured the water, getting coffee grounds everywhere and ruining your coffee. These are simply made out of a large square folded into a cone, so nothing can possibly come apart. This seems like the most plastic and chemical free way for us to make our coffee, and so we love it. Convenient, easy, reliable. These are an absolute household staple for us.

Better than the steel thing
I got the stainless steel thing and used it for a year or two because I liked the idea of avoiding waste and having all of the oils in my coffee. I found some old paper ones and tried them on a whim, and they are so much better. The performance is excellent. They flow faster, making the coffee less bitter and hotter since it has less time to cool off. I wish I had started with these ones and skipped the metal thing.

Durable and brews a good cup
Excellent filter and does not break down or change the taste of the coffee bean.

Chemex filters are the best
I have been making coffee for fifty years. The Chemex drip method makes the best coffee I have ever made, & these special bonded filters are a big part of why Chemex-made coffee tastes so rich.

The only thing standing between me and coffee grounds
I am a coffee snob. I admit it. And the Chemex is my weapon of choice. These filters are heavy-duty—like, "wearing a winter coat in July" thick. The Review: Because the paper is so thick, it filters out all the sediment and oils/fats. The result is a cup of coffee so clean you could baptize someone in it. There is no paper taste (just make sure you rinse the filter with hot water before adding the coffee, rookie mistake if you don't). "Unfolding" them (getting them ready to jam in the top of my Chemex) is a nice morning ritual. It’s like doing minimal-effort reverse-origami before I’ve fully opened my eyes.

These filters are at least 50% less thickness than previous Chemex FSU-100's

The item description clearly says that my purchase of two 100-count boxes of coffee filters includes a FoxGallery Coffee Guide by Chemex. I got my 200 coffee filters but not my Coffee Guide. For all I know, this guide could just be some useless piece of advertising but I paid for it and I should have gotten it.
