Wriithis review after using for a week. Didn't find useful for the purpose I bought. Quality is not upto the mark. I had used Himalaya Karela capsules earlier and this one is much inferior to that. Bitterness level and effectiveness is low. Above all, it's NOT GMP Certified. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
