A really good product worth buying it has that strength, and can be really useful in stretching exercise. I absolutely loved this product

It is okay for the price. The chain is strong but the rod is a bit rusty. Also the rubber grip isn't that tight as it should be. But overall workable product, gives satisfactory value for the price

Strong but chain was very short
Chain was very short .it was said that chain is about 4feet long but it was about 2 feet this is very embarrassing.
