The New Hanoi
This Hanoi guide offers new insight of the new modern hotels, clubs, and architecture of this city. I would recommend this guide if you are visiting Hanoi within 24 hrs and are into the high-end lifestyle.. This book doesn't give details about where to go. Instead, it is a bunch of beautiful pictures of the city with a map and skyline of Hanoi.

Overpriced Magazine Article
In another review, someone mentioned this seemed like a magazine article. That is pretty much the amount of detail you get with this book. There are some interesting tid-bits, but overall, I didn't think the recommendations were that great. Also one shop mentioned in the book that I looked for, I couldn't find. If this book were $5 USD, I would probably have given it three stars b/c I would have spent about that on a magazine with an article on Hanoi. For $9 USD, it's not worth the money.

Wallpaper Guide praise
I have not felt let down by any of the Wallpaper Guides that I have purchased. This one is no exception. Even though I was only in Hanoi for a few days, I felt a real feel for the city thanks to the guide.

Obsolete
Most of the cafes, restaurants and shops mentioned in the guide no longer existed. A big disappointment, especially for the wallpaper brand name .

Habe ich verschenkt, wie immer brillant! Schöne interessante Fotos, gut geschrieben, klein, fein, informativ, ästhetisch, Klasse Farbe, gut zum Mitnehmen, der Preis stimmt! Macht süchtig!
