Sensitive
The instructions are kind of badly organized so I'll just say here a few things some people might be confused about. First, both blue wires on the power pack are the same. This makes sense because all the power pack does is bridge them, so it doesn't matter which is line and which is load. Second, the ultrasound sensor can't turn on the load; they are for keeping it on after the infrared senses something. Finally, the sensor is very sensitive; I had it in a garage with the infrared sensitivity halfway up and it turned the lights on and I don't even know why. Maybe it saw some car pass by like 100 feet away through a frosted window. I settled on a sensitivity of about 40%. Ultrasound was up all the way.

This product was very good, but customer changed mind on installation so I returned these and ordered other OCC sensors.

Great motion sensor.
I really like this motion sensor, has several modes of operation, you can use infrared only, sound only or both.. sensitivity adjustments for all settings and works fantastic... you HAVE to get Leviton OPP20-D1 to make it work otherwise you will burn it out.

It lasted 6 years with some help
It is mounted in our garage to turn the lights on when we drive it. It lasted 6 years with intermittent issues but it now randomly turns the light on when the garage is empty and doesn't turn it on when we enter. Great product when it works, not so good on longevity.

Very Sensitive
I don't know what the people who wrote about this being complex to wire are talking about. It's pretty straight forward, especially if you're using the Power Pack which provides power and acts as a relay. It is very sensitive. I put these up around 15 ft off the floor and had to dial them down considerably to keep them from sensing everything.
