I expected this book to give comprehensive information that would help me pass the 104 exam. It skims some of the basics and lines to other resources to look into for more information. I read half of it in depth, got disappointed with it and put it away.

This study guide was prepared in such a manner to present relevant topics up front, and in bullet points, so that we can remember them. Concise in nature, but also expands into additional details that are good to know based on region or special situations. The section on National Airspace was especially helpful to me, unfamiliar with this topic, this breaks it down to both ensure we know it for the exam and that we follow these rules safely when operating our drones. Learn this for the exam and then keep the book (or print out) in your backpack for reference ! - Gabriel

Currently studying for my commercial drone license and part 107 certification and this book has been tremendously helpful... I was looking for a good study guide / resource as it's seems a little complicated and technical but everything laid out in the book is really well done and easy to comprehend. I also found the additional bonuses/resources referred to in the book incredibly useful and surprising for some of the necessary steps you need to take that I never thought about (IE having to actually submit the exam to the FAA manually once you pass... would have thought they did this for you)! Very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking to learn how to get their drone pilot license.
