The broken remote

It is functional
It is an exact copy of the original LG remote and all the functions work, BUT the buttons are harder to press and the infrared angle is narrower making it difficult to use as you have to press and angle more times than it's needed.

Other than having difficulty finding the right on the website there were no issues. It arrived promptly and it was the exact right one. Just added batteries and it worked. Didn’t have to program or do anything to it (which is perfect for this non-techy home)
