This is a con product. Mentions silicone but is in fact hard plastic, and to add insult to injury, it is not returnable. Total fraud - do not buy!

good quality accupressure insoles
I was browsing for insoles for my shoes which were a bit large for my feet. Came across these resizable accupressure insoles. Takes a day to get used to the feeling but quality is excellent and provide the right pressure without hurting. Its been more than a week i'm using them in my daily work shoes. The benefits of acupressure therapy are many the best part is i do not have to spend extra time to take a massage to relax thefeet. it happens automatically! I used to feel very sore and stiff on workout days or on days of extra physical activity at work. Though its early days I can say for sure that my muscle soreness has gone away. Highly recommended from my side.One star less for the awful chemical smell which took a few days to go away.
