Amazingly flavorful!
I finally got around to making the galawti and it turned out amazing! The instructions were very straightforward and simple. Marinated the meat for an hour with this masala, raw papaya and ginger garlic paste. Then added besan and fried onion. Then shallow fried on a non stick pan. And it turned out better than the restaurant ones. The masala is quite spicy. We eat a lot of spice in our home and it was teekha for us too. So if you're making it, and have a lower spice tolerance, consider using about 80% or 90% of the masala. But if you can, use the whole thing because the masala, in addition to being teekha, is so wonderfully fragrant!

Must buy for kebab lover's
This Masala is amazing! Just follow the instructions and it gives you an almost Tundey Kebabi-like flavor. Easily the best option on Amazon for kebab lovers.

Good product but aweful packing
Product arrived late but safely. The retail package shown in the description was a bos and arrived in pretty cheap pouch. Hope it's original. Quantity is perfect as described but the actual package gives a very negative vibe though the spice is very good. Seller should note the point and change it soon. Quantity and quality of the spice is good. Definitely recommend if is properly presented

This is excellent. I am from Lucknow and the taste is almost 90% close to the Tunday we get in Lucknow. People saying it’s salty, kindly don’t add any other salt or masala, it has everything the kebab needs. I wish they made the packets with larger quantity.

One of the best mix of spice, frankly I think just use half of the amount mentioned on the packaging.
