If this comes inflated, then how much is the Shipping Weight?

A regulation size 5 soccer ball have a circumference of about 0.69m. Divide by 2pi to get a radius of 0.11m. This means the volume, 4/3*pi*r^3, is about 0.0056m^3. Dry air at sea level (101Pa) and a comfortable temperature (20C) have a density of about 1.2kg/m^3. (Humidity would actually decrease the density of air, but we'll try to keep it simple). When the ball is inflated to sea level, the mass of the air inside the ball is thus 0.0067kg (about 10% of the mass of a jumbo egg). The FIFA rules require a pressure between 61kPa and 111kPa, where dry air have a density of around 2.5kg/m^3. This gives an answer of about 14 grams, or about the mass of two human eyeballs. Since the question mentioned shipping weight, it seems as though most carriers nowadays use dimensional weight to make it profitable to for them to ship light items. The lowest example of a dimensional weight shipping factor on wikipedia is 200kg/m^3, well above the density of the air inside a regulation inflated soccer ball. Thus, we can conclude that the shipping cost is most likely the same for a soccer ball with regulation pressure as one with just enough air to remain spherical-ish. One can however save a lot of money on shipping soccer balls fully deflated as you can fit many more of them in a fixed volume. I do suspect one would need to reduce the price in that case to remain competitive, probably more than the extra cost of shipping.

I want this ball for my 7 Months Bully girl, would it be good for her. she loves football!

It is an excellent ball for a 3-4 year old, but I believe it is too HARD for a 7 month old. It is as hard as a basketball. I see lots of bumped nose and crying. However, you know your child best. But if it were me, I would be a smaller softer ball until the child is older.

What is a standard soccer ball size? 3,4 or 5?

I got size 4 for my 9yr old. but size 5 is for 12 and up.

How large are the white spaces? I want to be able to write questions in them.

I don’t recall the dimensions but if the questions are brief and you use medium tip pen it should fit. Nice idea to write in the white spaces. I’ll put team players names them for year end party😃⚽️😃
