You need to stick it to cake pop stick with the included solid glue. And it's not neccessary to cut the square sheet into circle where the solid glue stays. Just put the clear side of glue to the back of the Happy Birthday and press hardly for seconds; then take the pop stick onto the glue and press again, and finally done.
