fresh and unsalted, healthy way to get selenium
Good quality. Its salt free so love it. Eat 1 a day for selenium. The taste is good, day 1 felt too raw, but got used to it and now i like it. It is fresh, despite being raw.

Fresh Delicious Brazil Nuts
These nuts are very flavorful! I bought some bulk Brazil nuts from my local store , but couldn’t find organic ones so I decided to try Amazon. One bite and I could taste a HUGE difference. These remind me of the Brazil nuts we used to get at Christmas when I was a kid. You can tell they are fresh and haven’t been sitting somewhere for months. Since the flavor is so much stronger, I imagine the selenium content is higher too. Happy with these!

TASTY, CRUNCHY SNACK
After trying other brands of unsalted, raw Brazil nuts, TerraSoul Organic Brazil Nuts seem to be the freshest and tastiest. They go in my daily snack packs that contain raw, unsalted brazil, almond, pumpkin seeds, and unsalted roasted cashews.
