Works as Advertised!
Got 3 for a digitization implementation in my manufacturing plant - serves its purpose well enough. Durable and hardy, though ensure that your forklift beam width can fit the bolts provided. Somehow ours was thicker than normal and we had to purchase bolts 2 inches longer than the standard provided one to fit it to the forklift.Other than that, great product!

Not universal.
Bought 2, returning both. The tabs that hold the tablet in place are not adjustable at all. They have 3 different sizes of tabs that can be combined to fit 5 different tablet sizes. If your tablet is in a case that has a handle on the back, that will also keep this from being mounted if 1 of the 5 sizes happens to fit your tablet. I am very surprised none of the other reviews mentioned this as I don't think this would adequately grip any tablet enough to hold it in place on a fork lift.
