Awesome Design, Fun, and Looks Great!
This Kendama is my first, and I've been absolutely thrilled with it. While I am still working on getting my skills up to par, it's been very enjoyable. Weight distribution feels nice, giving it a satisfying and comfortable grip. Visually, it's awesome and adds a cool factor to the Kendama itself, the ball alone has a really good design on it. The string is durable, holding up well to repeated use, and the sheet with some tips, stickers, and extra string is a nice touch. All in all, I'm enjoying my Kendama journey so far with this, and can't wait to progress further. Highly recommended for beginners and enthusiasts alike!

Improving hand and eye coordination
The media could not be loaded. got the Sweets Kendamas Grain Split Boost (Laser Tag) for my son, and he absolutely loves it! He plays with it a lot during swim meets while waiting for his events, and it keeps him entertained and focused. The balance and grip feel just right, making tricks easier to learn.

Good Kendama and cool colors
I like sweets kendamas for the nice paint schemes and solid construction. You won't have to worry about anything being low quality, incorrectly shaped, or prone to breaking. The paint has good tackiness, but definitely flakes and dents pretty easily even without doing aggressive tricks. I don't mind it too much, but it's something to consider. Overall, I think it's good value and a great gift!

Cups got loose
Good overall but the cups got loose. Eventually fell off.

I’ve been playing with these since 2012. This is one of the best ones I’ve owned
I’ve been playing with these since 2012, and I’ve gotta say, this kendama is amazing. The sticky paint is great. It really helps land tricks.I saw another review saying the cups came off the ken. That’s supposed to happen. That’s how you re-string it. The sarado (the cups) were probably just loose from the factory. Just press them down with a little bit of force. Not all your weight, but strong enough it’ll slide down and be tight enough to not come out until you want it to. I’ll update as I play with it more.Edit:I landed my first lunar! I’ve been playing with it for a while now, and I’ve gotta say, the paint doesn’t chip hardly at all. I love how much bigger the cups are than an average kendama. This kendama is perfect for anyone wanting to start. It’s cheap, it has the sticky paint, and it’s nice for beginners because of the aforementioned bigger cups. 10/10 in every aspect. Well done, sweets.

GREAT for beginners
I've been using "beginner" kendama from another high quality brand for a while. With very bad vision it's tough and it was starting to get boring to seemingly have plateaued with just a few very basic tricks. When I received this a few days ago it was like night and day, suddenly all my tricks landed etc. But just touch the tama/ball and you'll understand why. The sticky paint thing definitely helps with the ball staying in the cups. There's also some carved in "rough" printing in the medium cup that definitely also helps. Again, I've only had this for a few days so I have no idea how long the paint lasts. But this is without a doubt a good buy if you feel you're getting stuck, or bored from not being able to land tricks, or even struggling with keeping the ball in the cups.PS: To the girl who was really unhappy with a bad paint job+finding a gross hair in the paint.. Your review made me inspect my tama carefully, and the paint job is beautiful. I also got the veggie one.I think you just got unlucky, maybe some gross intern was working on your kendama that day. I suggest you contact Sweets with pictures and I'm sure they'll refund you/send you a new one
