old one failed do to rain and unproperly sealed my fault new one plugged right in

Crap don't buy from the get-go needed a board replace the board with a new one got the controllers to hook up finely gate open once by itself never shut by itself then when you push the button it would start to shut and then it would go about a foot and then reopen and then stop I adjusted it probably about 20 times still nothing I shut it manually tried it again still nothing adjusted again still nothing do not buy this piece of crap brand from China

I like everything about the gate opener and when I had a problem Jessica at topens was on top of it and mad sure I got what I needed GREAT costumer service

Good thing I'm retired, because I spend a lot of time tinkering with this system.

I hope this one lasts longer than the original, which lasted 10 months. Still under warranty but no response from seller... If you buy those gate opener you may want to go ahead and buy a spare board.
