Fiber: Sculpture 1960-Present Hardcover – August 28, 2014

This large book is testament to the beauty and importance of fiber art. A must for those who love art and textile sculptures. I have not seen the exhibition, but plan to travel to see some of these works as they interact with space and the viewer. For anyone interested in fibers and curious as to how far beyond domestic usages this will certainly empower the imagination!

This is a gorgeous book filled with all the major fiber sculptures since 1960.If you have any interest in fiber art, this is the book for you!

Big beautiful clear photography. Nice to have something updated since The Art Fabric in b&w. Also not full of "kitschy crafty" huge plus.
