1UP Hanging AB Straps Fitness Review: Extremely comfortable - I was amazed at how comfortable the slings were. I like doing weighted ab work by holding a small dumbell between my feet. The progression to heavier dumbells is pretty quick if you are a beginner like me and the abs become noticeably thicker and visible. Also I found that by connecting these to a long resistance band (41 inches) and draping it over the chin up bar I can do very comfortable kneeling crunches to prioritize the upper abs. And like the dumbbells you can increase the resistance using stronger bands or combining bands.
