Neon does not last long.
I am hoping I can get a replacement, as I absolutely love the sign itself! However, after using this beautiful sign for 2 months, the "c" and "t" in "Chevrolet" has already dimmed. Slowly, the other letters next to these are dimming as well. Again, a pretty product, but has not lasted long. Might I get a replacement? ***An update, I did find the little mercury ball after looking up how to fix it, and rolled it around. The "c" and even the "h" that were dimming lit back up, and part of the "t" lit back up, also, but the top of the "t" is still dull. I am more pleased with the product now that I know how to fix it (except for the top of that "T"!!). Thank you for the help and feedback. I adjusted my rating accordingly.
