I've used my16" Pizza Peel several times now and it works great. I can easily position pizza on my 16" pizza stone and retrieve the pizza just as easily when it's done. I set the pizza down on the table using the Pizza Peel as my serving tray, cut the pizza into slices and get out of the way as everyone reaches for a slice or two. It's built well, and will last for years.

This LX LERMX pizza peel is a fantastic kitchen companion! The bamboo construction is beautiful and feels sturdy in my hand. Plus, it's nice knowing I'm using an eco-friendly material. The size is perfect for maneuvering pizzas into a hot oven. The wide paddle makes a great cutting board for slicing afterwards. It's a real space saver! I especially love the versatility of this tool. I've used it for everything from transferring homemade bread to serving cheese and crackers. It's become a go-to for casual get-togethers. Here's a heads up for new pizzaiolos: be mindful of the heat in your oven. Launching the pizza can be a little tricky because the bamboo material can char if left in the hot zone for too long. I found I needed to develop a bit of a two-peel technique - using a separate peel to slide the pizza out after using this one to launch. Once I got the hang of it, it wasn't a problem, but it's something to keep in mind. Overall, this is a great pizza peel, especially for the price. It's multifunctional, well-made, and looks great. Just be prepared to potentially use a second peel for retrieve the pizza from the oven.

Nice peel. Prep the pizza right on it. Launches into the oven easy with beveled edge. We don’t use it to remove or cut. Only use it to prep and launch.

I have a 16" pizza stone and like to make full 16" pizzas. Most peels are too small and the edges end up drooping and loosing topping. With this peel and 16" wide parchment paper, making a full 16" pizza is a breeze.

I wanted a large board mostly for serving pizzas. This peel seems to be fairly decent quality. The handle is thin enough to wrap your hand around. HOWEVER... The board is pretty heavy to easily hold one handed -- I would need to use two hands once it's loaded with a pizza. The end of the peel is too thick to be able to retrieve a pizza from the oven. And, you would NOT be able to get a 16" pie on this peel. The edges are all beveled, so you lose a good inch or so, plus the length of the board is not 16" up to the edges and the handle. I will be able to use this to launch a pie, and to serve -- but I'd need my thin steel pizza peel to pull a pie out of the oven. I liked the idea of the handle, but I am deciding whether to return it and get a plain round board without handle just for serving.

This thing is great, perfect for a 16x16 baking steel.

This peel warped after one use..did not wash it with any water. Tried getting it wet and placing a 15# block on top of it to straighten it out for 2 weeks. It did not straighten out. So now I have a curved useless bamboo pizza peel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
