Pitiful customer service
These were WAY to BIG for the size marked Women's 9. The seller never responded to my emails through amazon.com to return these LARGE shoes. I will never buy from this seller again. These are now garage sale fodder shoes, and the seller is on my wife and I's NO BUY LIST.

Very comfortable
These shoes was a birthday present for my friend. She had looked at the when brousing thru shoes on Amazon. She was was very surprised when she opened the box. Sge absolutely loves them and has washed them a couple of times and hold their shape and color very well.

Comfy Shoe
Fit as expected only because I ordered .5 a size smaller than my usual size shoes and according to the reviews. The shoes took awhile to ship and deliver but they are comfy and stylish. The inside soles aren't attached so they do come out when you slip out of the shoes. But overall, good quality walking shoes for affordable price.
