Crappy product. This was my second order of this product in 6 months. And I was surprised to see their quality has gone down terribly. The product smell of bad cardboard. I ended up throwing it in bin. No wonder these kind of companies can survive only in India where the regulations aren't so strict. I wish this product and company shut soon.

Misleading description. These are essentially sugar coated chana, with miniscule gur to give it pale yellow color. As expected the rich flavor of jaggery is completely missing. The product pictures do not list sugar as ingredient, however on the actual product it is clearly mentioned. Clear case of false product description. To make it worse this product is not eligible for return.

Even after reading the other reviews, I decided to check it out for myself. I was hoping that the product being bad for other reviewers was a 1 time thing, but I was wrong.PROS:- Each container is about 6 inches tall, and is completely packed with the chana.- Delivery and packing were absolutely fine (partially thanks to Amazon).CONS:- Chana tastes mad stale. It's soggy & hard, as if it's really old. I had a palmful (6 chanas), and then couldn't chew on it anymore.- It's REALLY sweet... so in case you are looking for something that is subtle, this is not it. After those 6 pieces, my head started to hurt a little from the intense sweetness.- Like other reviewers mentioned: don't think this is worth Rs 50 per small jar.Overall, I wont be buying this product again, as I do not believe it's worth it... might as well check your local banya/store to see if they have a similar product for cheaper, and one that doesn't taste so stale.

Product quality and flavour is OK except, it is a bit hard and strains my teeth. Chana in its pure form super soft to teeth. But wrongly compounding it with gur is making it hard to bite. Some improvement in process of compounding and make it as soft as original chana should be attempted for real improvement in quality. You can add cardamom flavour to improve and boost its taste dramatically.

Ordered pack of 3 , received 4 ( 1 extra )But anyways , extra was thrown right away as inside seal was broken.Taste and quality wise , it's bad. Total useless product and will probably throw away.Even expiry is not mentioned. As says 6 months from date of manufacturing butmanufacturing date is not mentioned.

Ive reviewed 1 Star and 5 Star Rating. Every One has their personal thought about this product. I suggest or recommend to the Store Owner, if they are NOT delivering the Item as per given description. Replacement is required and/or Return the Money to the Amazon Prime or Non-Prime Users. My little girl says it does have a Less Sweet, Improvise the tasty again.Amazon Product Manager has to take care of the 1 Star or Less Rating Users along with intiate discussion with the Store Owner or Manager of any item or product. The name( Gur Chana) itself shows how many health benefits it has. I'm try first time sattviko gur chana, but after test this I realize it is good combination of test and health. It's loaded with the goodness of jangery , jangery has been traditionally used as an immunity booster and chana provide necessary protein needed our body. So, it is a perfect combination of chana coated with jaggery which makes it guilt free sweet. this packaging is handy plastic bottles from we can have it anywhere and anytime. It is perfect snacking option. My son also like this gur chana 😍😍.
