Have used these many times in the past and find them a very pleasant alternative to the chemicals we are offered by Dr's, they may not get rid of the pain like prescribed meds but they ease it and make life more bearable without the side effects of heavy inflammatories. Good for detoxing off the chemicals for a little while or for mild pain that just needs a little nudge to disappear. I use them mainly for lower back pain and always wear one if I go walking for long distances just as a precaution as I get quite bad pain from walking too far, they have helped and it means I can get out and about.
