Logitech M187 Wireless Mini Mouse

My favorite mouse ever! While this mouse is PERFECT for 4 and 5 year old hands, once you are used to it, anything larger seems ignorantly bulky. I can't say enough at how compact, efficient and smart this mouse is. I don't understand larger ones anymore. Seriously, at first, I bought this to carry around because it was small enough to fit everywhere and it was wireless, so the cord wouldn't bother me. I used to have a retractable cord mouse but frankly, I don't even know where that one is anymore. I needed a mouse for my work laptop three years ago, so I took this one out and used it, thinking I would do so only temporarily. It's been three years and it has NEVER failed me. Super easy to set up, I use it constantly, sometimes 18 hours a day for months before the battery runs out. I do contracts drafting, revising and negotiating for a living and this mouse has been the best thing ever. Three years of usage and it is still going strong. I've changed the battery twice since purchasing it. I tried buying a couple of really cute light-up mice for my 4 and 5 year olds, because the kids are now getting on the computer to play reading and math games. The kids only tried my mouse for 2 minutes, and are now refusing it give it back. Yes, I'm ordering two more right now.

Good mini mouse. Works great. Also easy to stow/transport in my briefcase with the laptop.

I really like the comfort of this mouse and performance it so far has amazed me that the AAA battery is standing up to all the heavy surfing and leaving it turned on for some hours while not in use, it also amazes me how comfortable it is to hold, my hand does not fall asleep or ache like it did with the standard size mouse I had before which was a Logitech lazer mouse which I loved but it just got to a point it was just too big for my hand now I am older and do more surfing on the internet, plus I complete alot of surveys that tends to be tiring after awhile especially when you given a survey that can last up to forty minutes, I don't currently have any arthritis in my hand but like I say it tends to ache after using holding a mouse for long periods, so far this mouse has worked out and I work tirelessly with a comfortable grip, beware at first being this small about the size of your palm this little mouse takes a few days to get use to, but after that wowwww what a pleasure to use and so amazing the power and how much of the one AAA battery it uses to power it, I would assume it only uses minute power in this little mouse, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone experiencing the same symptoms as I do when using a standard mouse shaped like this one, I did not give it a five star rating for one reason is because I have not had this mouse for long and the jury is still out on this device, it will update this later if I need to, but for now I am really impressed with this mouse even with only having it a month so far.

This is a great little mouse. I emphasize the word little, because I use it with a laptop which I carry around a lot, and I like everything to be small and light. I originally visited a Best Buy store where I viewed all the mouse options, and this was the smallest and lightest wireless mouse with a good brand name. Best Buy wanted $50 for the mouse and would not match Amazon's price. At $19.;99, I feel like I even got a great deal. The only downside is the packaging. The USB receiver is tucked inside the mouse's battery case. The instructions included with the mouse have a bunch of pictures showing that the receiver should be inserted into a laptop, but no verbiage to help find it. I am used to the USB receiver being packaged as a separate item, and thought the vendor had mailed me a mouse with missing parts.

I put some tape over the sensor on the bottom and use this as a clicker with my ball mouse in my other hand. It has extremely easy push buttons so it makes a great clicker for my clumsy non dominant hand. Saves my wrist because now I can use the ball mouse in an upright position and click with my other hand, holding both hands in a natural position. I no longer have to reach for the mouse button while navigating. I have small hands so this is a big plus, but it would help anyone who has wrist issues.

It's a darn nice mouse to use but as many others have discovered here, the left button gives out after a few months of usage. In my case, when I select one icon on my desktop using the left button, a bunch of other ones are selected as well. This happens intermittently. I don't know what triggers the multiple-select problem or why it suddenly goes away. All I know is, I've got to buy another mouse. I haven't lost faith in Logitech, and my next mouse will probably be a larger one of theirs.

Impresive so far. Small, ideal for travel pack and not only. Works smoothly! Responsive!

This Mouse is soooo smooth and tiny. Logitech is meant for mouse and keyboard. This mouse is so amazing and response faster.

Eine kleine Lasermaus, die kaum Platz braucht und deshalb auch gut zum Mitnehmen geeignet ist. Viele Menschen mögen nicht so gerne gro0ße Geräte, die schwer sind und zur Überanstrengung der Hände führen. Diese Maus ist zudem sehr preiswert, sodass ich sie schon mehrfach verschenkt habe. Leider ist sie nicht sehr haltbar. Keine der von mir gekauften Mäuse dieses Modells hat länger als drei Jahre gehalten. Aber beim so günstigen Preis finde ich das noch OK.

The device is compact and easy on hand. The response and speed is good. The clicks got a good feeling to it. Thing to remember is the led for the optical tracking is not in the visible range. Initially when you switch on the device it gives an impression as the battery not working. Only negative point which I could point out is the positioning of the ON/OFF switch. Everytime when I operate it I make a right click accidently. Other than that I couldn't find out anything.

I liked the product. I wanted a small wireless mouse. Please buy this only if you want a small sized mouse.
