Swanson Full Spectrum Irish Moss 400 Milligrams 60 Capsules

I got this because I wanted to start having more seaweed in my diet, and I thought this would be a great way to start. I felt great all the time I was taking it, and this is a great supplement. I felt like it helped to generally improve my health, so I think this is an awesome supplement. Irish moss is a great super-food, and it also has great benefits for healthy skin and it's a great antioxidant. It's also great at lessening the effects of radiation, since it has a lot of iodine. This doesn't have any smell and the capsules have no taste, so they're packaged very well. I recommend this.

No negative feedback on these. I assume they are working well. I would say ease into the full dose. At first I felt a little queezy trying to take all as directed. Take with food for best results.

I can tolerate the pill form better than the gel form the gel form make me feel like I just took a strong dose of medicine.

This product is hard to find in the stores. I can always count on Amazon to have it it stock. The price is just right as well.

Didn't notice much. Easy to take and doesn't upset stomach

I had been getting steroids in my knees every 4 months to stop the pain and enjoy walking again. I do not wantto continue the shots so I tried the Prickly Pear Cactus to see if it woukd help and it really does...no more injections or pain...try it!

I have replaced my Irish Moss intake with these and it works great for me with no nasty taste at all!
