The fabric is smooth and non-irritating, especially the seams, which don’t leave any marks on the skin. The lights are a bit dim during the day, but are really nice at night or in low light levels. If you are thinking of gifting this, there is no information about the dress in the pack. You wouldn’t realise it could light up unless you already knew. So make sure you tell the recipient.
