Famous brand, good tea
This is a delicious loose leaf tea that I can't find in stores so I was happy to find it here. I don't like to use tea bags due to the fact that they contain microplastics. Loose tea is easy to use with a diffuser. Tetley brand has been around for many, many years. It was the brand my grandmother drank! Very tasty.

Great stuff for my taste buds
I buy this brand over and over again. Good strong flavor that is consistent. Color is perfect but can get cloudy if brewed with too much tea and for too long so the tannins get wild. Tea has always been fresh as it is sealed in a foil treatment bag.

disappointment in a cup
i hoped for a good cup of hot tea so i started with a sealed round pull-string bag for comparison, it was a great cup of hot tea. then i opened the bag of loose leaf and measured a teaspoon into a new micro mesh tea ball, heated my water, and steeped as directed. there was so much tea in the cup it seemed i missed the tea ball. the tea was vaguely similar to Tetley but the amount of dust made for a truly gritty cup. on to round two, with a coffee filter, next time.

Nice alternative to the regular tea bags.
Absolutely love Tetley Premium Loose Leaf Tea! I mostly bought it to avoid PFAS found in tea bags, and it’s been a great choice. I use it with a stainless steel strainer, and brewing is easy. The flavor is rich and smooth, far better than regular bagged tea, and it fills the kitchen with a comforting aroma. Perfect for relaxing mornings or cozy afternoons!

I like it!
I have never used loose leaf tea in my entire life. I tried Tetley tea with my Keurig coffee maker, and it really gives you a good cup of tea. Definitely a difference from the teabag. I just put the tea leaves in the K-cup like I would coffee and something about the hot water going through the loose tea leaves gives it more flavor. You would have to try it for yourself to decide, but I surprisingly enjoy it.

Loose LEAF ????? HUMMM
If you are expecting this to be actual tea leaves you will be sorely disappointed. The product looks more like black sand. So I would say that it has been processed in some way to create the sand like texture instead of the whole leaf. If that bothers you I would pass on this product. As far as flavor goes it tastes like black tea.

Liner tip.
Tip: This has a foil liner. Consider using kitchen shears to cut just the tip off the corner of the foil liner. You can then pour the tea into another container as though pouring through a funnel without the spillage that happens if you fully open the foil liner then try to pour or scoop the tea. It may be a little slower but there's no cleanup time so I think it's faster overall. Or, I've just used the tea in this box without real airtightness and the tea survived well that way but I've given in to recommendations for airtight storage while I'm not actually convinced it is necessary. I love the flavor of this tea. I make my cups of tea using small pour over coffee screen/cone I found here on Amazon. I set the cone into a cup I've filled with hot water and let the tea soak a minute. I gave up on purpose-sold tea canisters as the one I liked the appearance of and tried had problems. Also, I realized I don't want clutter on my counter. Now I'm keeping some of this in a short mason jar with a plastic screw on lid inside a cabinet (for the dark) and the remainder, the opened box, inside a plastic storage bag in the same cabinet. .
