I started using disposable pads but found I was going through them very quickly and they hurt my sensitive cracked nipples. The gel pads were a life saver while my milk supply was still trying to regulate and when I became engorged quickly. The pads never leaked through even after a long night sleep, and the insides were super soft so they did not hurt my poor nipples. They have held up to many washes!

These are so soft and the gel packs are really good quality. I like that they come with the purple covers so it’s not too cold, but enough for relief.

They’re alright. Nobody really wants to put patches of fabric over their nipples anyways, but these do it well. I use them at home under a nursing sports bra I wouldn’t use them just wearing a nursing tank top, they make your breast look lumpy and bumpy.

I am disappointed with this product. The pads are very large and completely flat, with no shaping whatsoever. This means they do not fit well over the breast. They don’t stay in place, and form ugly lumps in the bra which doesn’t look nice under clothes. They are also very itchy! To the point that I wondered if I was having an allergic reaction—I wasn’t.They do get their job done though, I didn’t have any stains or milk leaks going through to my clothes while using these. So, there’s that, they do function well.There were no instructions with the product, so I had to come back to this listing to figure out how to use the heating pad. It doesn’t work particularly well either. My attempt to heat it by soaking in hot water didn’t work, but microwaving it it did for a short time. It didn’t stay warm for long.It’s not the worst thing ever, but I wouldn’t recommend this.

These items are essential for breastfeeding mothers. The warm compress is great for a blocked duct or if you need to add some heat to help with let downs while pumping. The nursing pads are soft, absorbent and comfortable. The reason I didn’t give this a 5 is because the pads get sort of crunchy and scratching after they have absorbed a lot of milk. I hand washed the nursing pads, they were easy to clean, afterwards they went back to their original dog state. Other than that this is a great product. Oh and the mesh bag is a great bonus, I use it for used pads so I can keep track of them and I can throw in in the washer if needed.

I haven't actually used the products yet since I'm not due for another 5weeks. However, I'm very impressed with the quality (they held up great in the wash, feel sturdy) and such a great value!

Love the pads they are super absorbent and easy to wash. I don’t use the gel ice packs as much as I thought I would I only have used the ice packs maybe once since I bought them. I suggest buying at least two packs of the pads I ended up buying another 7 pack after these to keep up with washing them. They are good material super soft and comfortable

Too big for me and hard to get stains out if you ever get them dirty but they definitely do the jobNo more leaks
