We can easily access DOZENS of household projects and, because of the color coding, we can effortlessly determine if it's something we can tackle ourselves (or need to call in a contractor). The author even gave great tips on how to choose a vendor. I especially appreciated the italicised portions as they were a quick way to grab helpful "insider" tips. We highly recommendthis book! I like the maintenance tips!
