Really good quality phone. Works perfectly on T-Mobile USA. Especially for the price. I won't get into the lack of headphone jack and wireless charging because I knew that when I bought it. But some pleasant surprises are stock Android 8.1, which is a breath of fresh air. No dumb IOS style icons like other Chinese phones. The sound quality with adapter is great. Very loud and clear. FM radio is nice. The screen is bright even in daylight. The camera.....oh the camera.....well it's pretty good for basic pictures. It won't win any awards but it's passable. I don't know if second camera is a dud I really hope not. I was hoping this company would turn out to be a kind of Oneplus churning out high quality phones that work in USA. All in all for $250 I'm very pleased with this phone. Only problem I can find is step counter doesn't seem to work. Tried with couple health apps but it's only minor problem.

I just received the UMIDIGI Z2 Special Edition today 01-26-2019. I have read on several websites including Amazon that this phone is compatible with Verizon Wireless. This is so UNTRUE. I just spent 2 hours chatting with 2 different Verizon Reps who both say this phone is not compatible with their network. The phone is nice. It is fast. It seems to take good pictures but I can’t use it with my current cell phone provider so this was a waste of money. I am definitely going to contact the Amazon Customer Service Department to send this product back… Again this phone is not Verizon Wireless compatible so don’t waste your time buying it if you have Verizon. Hard to come from my Samsung Note to this but there is nothing else out there in this price point that I like.Pros: Big display, fast on downloads, good on movies, charges well, good price for RAM and storage size.Cons: Terrible camera, audio output is not loud enough and quality is average, but for me is the worst part is the way the app drawer is setup. I moved my current apps from my phone to this and the drawer squeezes the apps onto a page vertically. And when new apps are loaded they appear both vertically and horizontally (so now you have two app icons for one app). Also you can only load widgets once you start filling up the apps horizontally, so no new horizontal page, no widget. One other thing, the widget for clock does not keep current time. I have to refresh everytime.

I have it over a week now no any problem so far. Work well. I love this phone. Good and reliable phone.this phone come with screen protector and case. The best phone for $200-$350.the color and the touch are good system smooth and fast.it has fingerprint.face I D .and password. Love it best unlock Chinese phone.

I just got this phone and first it wouldn't turn on. When it finallhy did come on it never booted up properly. All I got was a black screen with a blue line at the top. Two words in upper left corner: Keys and Home, but I can't do anything with either of them. At first it said Factory settings but that flickered away quickly. I bought this because my phone went belly up. Ive been without a phone for over a week while Umidigi continues to ignore my request for support. This will be my third Umidigi but with my last one going out at 7 months old and this one not being functional, Im seriously thinking of going back to Samsung. At least they back their products.

At one store, I had them put on my screen protector and the associate went back to get his manager to show off the phone! They were impressed! One guy, took out his iPhone X and shot pics of his tattoo and we compared the cameras and the Umidigi was better in his opinion...I was speechless and I really didn't expect to hear that since so many reviews(I read them all on Google before making this purchase) really were very negative about the camera's performance, then again I am not a picture taker lol.Don't waste money on the bigger brand names...I got mine for $209.00 here in Amazonland...WooHoo!!

Loved it at first was perfect. Never died or gave me any problems. A month into using it; it turns off randomly and won't turn back on even though battery is fully charged.
