I've been into drinking tea at night and really wanted a cute tea set because I watch so many tv shows that serve tea with super cute sets. I love this set as it feels sturdy and well made. the style is classic and works well as it doesn't look very overwhelming. If you take your time to drink all your tea, you may need to get one of those tea warmers or tea warmer covers that covers the tea pot as it doesn't keep your tea warm for an extended period of time. I'd say after about 30-45 min the tea is already cooled off in the tea pot. This is not one of the tea pots that are on the stove top, as least it doesn't look like it should be. I pour in already boiling hot water into the pot and steep tea leaves in there. As for easy to clean, I don't have any issues cleaning the teapot. I always soak the teapot in water after using it so that the loose tea leaves i use do not get stuck. I have tons of dish washing tools so i use the straw cleaner in the spout to try to clean that area out. Otherwise, it's pretty low maintenance. I hand wash the items in this tea set as our dishwasher sucks. so I am not sure if it would work in a dishwasher.

Beautiful set. First let me say how shocked I was at how well this was packed. Each bit of foam fit perfectly around the set. Not one single scratch or nick on any of the pieces. Beautiful crafted. The only thing I had to do was bend the metal bracket when attaching the top tier. It took two seconds but if I didn’t I could see it popping out and breaking something. I would highly recommend this set. Perfect for Sunday tea and cheap enough to gift to your little girl as a first tea set.

The set is elegant and beautiful. For the most part, the set was well packed. However, as you see from my pictures the spoons came in broken. I wish I can exchange it but I have guests coming for tea time on Easter Sunday so I really need a nice tea set to entertain. Update: the seller contacted me and sent me 3 spoon replacements within a week. I am happy and wanted to update my review to 5 stars! I now have a complete beautiful tea set. I can't wait to invite more guests to tea. I'm also adding a few pictures of the tea set from different angles. The holder makes it a great show piece and keeps everything organized and in one spot.

The tea set looks just like the pictures, and is very beautiful. Unfortunately it did arrive with a broken spoon and a broken creamer cup. However the company was highly responsive in sending me the replacements and it was just as easy as contacting them through email. For future buyers, I would say these pieces are very delicate but we have been using them to drink tea and then put them away in a safe place, so if that’s what you’re going for it is worth it!

I bought this for my daughter as a gift after she returned from England, and she wanted to continue with afternoon tea. I have Wedgewood and Lenox China I'll gift her when she marries next year. But she's currently living with roommates and in college and then moving. She wanted something she wouldn't be too upset about if a cup got broken. I specifically wanted the compact way of stacking to carry/store and keeping it all organized. It's as sturdy and pretty as expensive China. Very pleased!

I bought this for my 16 year old, for her own “adult” tea set to take along where life takes her. She loves Jane Austen, vintage dresses, and English tea parties. She loves sipping tea while reading books. The aesthetic was perfect for her, and it seemed good value for the price. However, the design was terrible, and I had to return it. Specifically, the sugar pot lid did not fit the sugar pot. Yes, it was too big to fit in the top. (And no, I was not trying to put the tea pot lid on the sugar bowl.) Also, and more importantly, the pouring spout of the tea pot was so poorly designed, it spilled large amounts of tea every time tea was poured. I am not a stranger to tea pouring, and this was truly the worst pouring tea pot I have ever used. A clumsy design and a terrible pour. I had high hopes, and was very disappointed.

Beautiful shower gift

The tea set is really lovely and although it did arrive with a broken spoon, I have contacted the seller about this. The top part of the basket didn't fit into the holes of the bottom basket so I had to bend it a bit to make it work but now it's perfectly fine and quite sturdy. I'd recommend this set to someone wanting an elegant but simple tea set.

So ein hübsches Tee Set. Man muss sehr vorsichtig sein weil es schnell zerbrechen kann. Leider habe ich schon eine Tasse und einen Löffel kaputt gemacht. Es ist aber wirklich sehr schön und ich habe viele Komplimente dafür bekommen. Daraus w tee zu Trinken ist wirklich ein Erlebnis. Man fühlt sich richtig edel
