Have you even READ the Nutritional Content of this thing.? Its AMAZING!
Tastes like peanut+channa/cheese powder.. I know it sounds crazy! 😛 But it tastes good. NOT at all like a Cardboard (WTH guys.?).Does give a mild CHEESY taste to food. I just consume it directly. Main reason for choosing this are the NUTRITIONAL Components (Vit Bs, Folic Acid, Selenium etc). Actually noticed difference in skin, HAIR and NAILS after consuming this. SO good.! Hair and nails grew faster and skin noticed a beautiful subtle glow (could also be from TFS Yewadam(?) Kit). Only need a LITTLE bit of this Goodness for ENORMOUS health/beauty benefits. Go for it. Instead of buying all those CHEMICALLY derived Vit B12 Supplements.

It is one of the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. Really unique taste. Loved it. However Company should use glass bottle instead of plastic after all they are charging high rate.

Cheese like flavour. MRP 799rs,i brought it around 750rs. Now they are selling the product at 1718rs which too high. we didnt find Mrp clearly on the pack.i think its violation of consumer laws.

Best nutritional yeast available
I really this yeast. I add it to my salads or sometimes to whatever I eat. This has helped my digestion better and also feel nourished. I recommend this product. I chose this brand because generally Bragg is known for organic products.

Love Bragg nutrional yeast. It tastes just like other brands such as Bob's Red Mill but with more robust flavor, plus Bragg has thick and nice flakes and isn't too powdery or melty. Delicious and can be added to anything for B vitamins and protein!
