When I first started play with it found it to be really good, after a week a copper colour came through on the bottom of the bar. Looks like it is plated, I bought this because the advert said stainless steel and it clearly is not. You need to make this clear on your advertising

Bought this after making a start on Dobro style guitar. I was using a brass slide but wanted a slide more suited to lap style playing.The bar has a great tone, fits the hand comfortably and makes it easier to get an accurate intonation.Happy with this purchase.

Does its' job well
This slide is for use on guitars which have a high action and heavy-gauge top strings; for that it works really well, and feels natural in my hand. The ratings below are on this type of guitar.If you want to play occasional slide on a standard guitar, then I find a standard steel-tube slide is less problematic.
