Punch Bag Iron Ceiling Hook
Perfectly fit for purpose. Holding up a very heavy punching bag off a wooden beam. Easy to install into a wooden ceiling beam, no issues with the supplied fixings, it is definitely not going anywhere!

Holds 40kg on pulley system.
Easy to install. Drill four pilot holes first, then work your way up to the size for wall plugs. Screw it all in nice and tight. Job done. Used two of these to create a pulley system from the ceiling in my garage gym. So far working well, taking a weight of 40Kg.
